SITXFSA001 Participate in Safe Food Handling PracticesTBA Cost $125 This course is the entry level unit of competency for food safety training within the Hospitality sector. It covers the skills and knowledge required to use personal hygiene practices to prevent contamination of food that might cause food-borne illnesses. Included is basic food safety practices such as personal hygiene and conduct, food handling, housekeeping and waste disposal and responsibilities where work involves preparation or serving of food in establishments such as cafes, clubs, hotels or bars. Sunday 28 March 2021 10am - 2pm The Boat & PWC Licence training course is an accredited training course which covers the following: Victorian marine regulations Upon completion, successful participants will receive a certificate which within 12 months they can present to Vic Roads, in order to obtain their Licence. Personal Watercraft Operators (ie. jetski, skidoo etc.) can also sit the course to obtain not only their Marine Licence, but also their PWC endorsement to operate Personal Water Craft.
